When heading out of Chapel Hill and south on 501 it is impossible to miss Briar Chapel on the right hand side of the road. There is one main entrance but several billboards and signs that prepare you for this community and housing neighborhood. Briar Chapel has a Chapel Hill address but most people think of it as North Chatham County or even north Pittsboro. This is one of the largest neighborhoods in the Triangle area and the entire state of North Carolina. Custom homes and townhomes range from $200,000 to $900,000.
