The world of listing syndication is changing and it is changing fast. Most Realtors MLS’ use List Hub to syndicate to Zillow and Trulia. List Hub and Zillow are severing ties as of April 2015 and now that Zillow is buying Trulia, List Hub wants to drop Trulia right now. In response, Zillow has filed a restraining order against List Hub.
Real Estate Experts will be syndicating its listings to Zillow and Trulia regardless of List Hub. We wish List Hub would continue with business as usual but if not, our company will make sure that buyers get to see all of our listings through these web sites.
