You’ll have to try the down-home cuisine offered by local farm-to-table restaurants. The Hillsborough Farmer’s Market is a foodie favorite, where you get the chance to meet and support the local farmers, bakers and craftsmen. Buy fresh, locally produced food that you can trust from the Farmer’s Market.

Hillsborough has something for everyone. The whole family will enjoy a beautiful walk on the approximately two mile Riverwalk at the Eno River. During the summer, the Eno River is a great spot to bask in the sun.

West End is four miles from UNC Hospital’s new Hillsborough Campus which provides convenient healthcare. The Hillsborough Campus includes a Medical Office Building, Emergency Department, Outpatient Surgery and Inpatient Services, along with other support services.

The 68-bed facility combines a community hospital culture with the innovative procedures. The facility provides incredible care for which the UNC Medical Center is known.
