Bolin Forest Homes for Sale

Bolin Forest is located within walking distance to downtown Carrboro with its Farmers Market, Weaver Street Market and fantastic shops and eateries.  Bolin Forest is a quiet neighborhood with traditional and transitional homes.  The back part of the neighborhood overlooks Bolin Creek.  The homes in this neighborhood range in size from 1200 to over 3000 square feet.

There are multiple neighborhoods that back to the creek.  These are: Bolin Forest, Quarterpath Trace, Spring Valley, Cates Farm, Winmore and Ironwoods.

Bolin Creek has 10 miles of hiking and biking trails. It is a great place to take a run, walk the dog or walk with a friend.   Bolin Creek also connects into even more trails through Chapel Hill North.

Chapel Hill North is 50 acres of prime real estate located in the center of Chapel Hill but spanning across Seawell School Road towards Bolin Creek.  This land is owned by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and overtime will be developed for university office building and teaching space and residential housing.

This land has miles of groomed trails for walking, running and mountain biking.  There are lots of cool jumps built by the bikers that are hidden in the woods.
