Nestled just a few short miles outside of Research Triangle Park (RTP), the Cary Park neighborhood of Cary, North Carolina is a beautiful and popular area for families and young professionals alike. Straddling both Wake and Chatham Counties, Cary is the third largest municipality in The Triangle and the seventh in the state of North Carolina. This means that the area is full of growth and opportunity, and Cary Park is right in the middle of all the action.

Cary Park homes were built in the late 90’s and early 2000’s, the first planned unit development (PUD) in West Cary. What was once a 28-acre lake surrounded by farmland is now a 28-acre lake surrounded by beautiful single-family homes, townhouses, apartments, and condominiums. It is a community designed for people, not cars, and this is evident by the biking and running trails around the lake, tree-lined sidewalks for shady walks around the neighborhood, and the Cary Park Club, which boasts a six-lane competition lap pool, a 98-foot water slide, a fun pool, play field, volleyball court, and clubhouse, where neighbors can become friends at the snack bar, or while watching a movie on one of the big screen TV’s. It’s more or less an all-inclusive village. With the Cary Park Town Center (which houses a Harris Teeter, CVS, a dry cleaners, and restaurants) less than a mile away, and five schools nearby, there’s no reason for anyone to ever have to leave.
