Claremont

Claremont is a new 92-home housing development located adjacent to Bolin Creek, on the south side of Homestead Rd. in Carrboro, NC. Most homes are single-family detached homes, but a number of townhouses are also available. There were three local custom builders that built in the original section of Claremont: Zinn Design Built, JT Lewis, and Bethany Design homes. Homes range in size from 11000 square feet to 4000 square feet, and will range from $200,000-$700,000. Each home is ENERGY STAR approved and built to Green Building Initiative Standards, which help home owners not only save money on utility costs further down the line, but also help reduce a home’s carbon footprint.
